Since my Reiki one and two attunements my life has changed for the better.

On the whole I am more relaxed and I meditate regularly. My relationship with my horse has improved and he is definitely feeling the benefit from the Reiki and enjoys his weekly sessions.

My moods are far better and I love being able to send healing as and when to loved ones. I'd recommend anyone who wants to develop, as a person, to you. You have always made me feel very at ease and comfortable and you knock up a wicked lunch!!

I first met Alison when she came to treat Holly, our staffie with an allergy and over the course of a few visits (Holly's allergy is very stubborn but Alison's treatment has brought her enormous relief) Alison mentioned the Reiki courses she runs and thought it would be a great advantage to me.

So on the 13 October I duly attended the first of a two day course. I went along not knowing quite what to expect. There were two other ladies there, Ginette and Louise and we all hit it off almost straight away.

The course was very light hearted but very instructive and meaningful.

There was nothing in the course to feel self-conscious or worried about. In fact we had quite a few laughs to say the least.

I was only booked to do the two day course, the other ladies were to go on to do the Equine Work Shop the next day but I felt I had to carry on and do the last day, so as to round off the course not because I have anything to do with horses, if anything I have always been a little wary of them and as for being in a stable with them, no way !! My confidence had grown so much over the three days it was no problem at all.

It was a very rewarding course, with very good company and I have been able to treat my own dogs, including Holly.

So if you are thinking about a course in Reiki, don't think act, it has made a world of difference to my life.

"If you are wondering whether or not to enroll on a course, then stop wondering and just do it! Alison is a very friendly, experienced and enthusiastic Master, and this shines through in her courses. You will be made to feel very welcome and at ease, no need to be nervous! She has attuned me to levels 1 and 2 and I also did the Equine course as well, I have every intention of going back to do level 3, hopefully next year. The courses provide plenty of practical work as well as theory, and you will be provided with a comprehensive manual which will act as a very useful reminder when you complete the course. Dear Alison,

having attended both your courses for Reiki I and Reiki II, I would like to thank you very much for a most enjoyable and informative four days. I found both courses uplifting and have learnt so much more than I knew.

The courses have given me more confidence, both in myself and my abilities to help other people and you are always available to help if I have any queries, which is great, as i do not feel as if i am on my own!

The small groups which we worked in were excellent and I will be keeping in touch with the people I met on them.
